When is debt settlement the right option?

• Are you experiencing difficulties making
  their current minimum payments?
• Do you need a lower monthly payment?
• Are you interested in setting their accounts in 2-4
  years instead of 15 plus?
• Do you want to settle for less than the full balances owed?
• Do you wish to stop paying additional interest
  on their current balances?
• Do you want to avoid filing bankruptcy?

If you responded “YES” to any of these questions, debt settlement may be the right choice.

Credit counseling will provide relief but the consumer will still be repaying the full Balances owed, repaying interest on the life of the balances and may not receive Significant monthly payment relief.
Bankruptcy should be considered if the consumer has no ability to make a Reasonable payment and a chapter 7 bankruptcy are offered. Those who receive a Chapter 13 bankruptcy should elect to enter into debt settlement instead.
